Over Winter Break, our Annual Read-A-Thon takes place. This is a great opportunity for all the voracious readers in our student population to feel as though they are directly impacting the school, by reading for a cause. Seeking pledges from friends and family, students raise money by reading as much as they can, while being sponsored per page read or for a flat donation. With the highest fundraiser in each grade winning a prize, and any students raising over $100 getting their name in a raffle for a grand prize, there’s lots of motivation to keep reading over winter break!
We are delighted to report that Read-A-Thon was a huge success this year, raising $3000 to support our amazing magnet program!
